Shipping Charges:  Ground shipping costs 15%-20% of the order total, and could vary by product and destination.

•  Shipping Locations: Ships to the contiguous 48 States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Extra delivery time is needed for Alaska and Hawaii.

•  Restrictions: No shipping to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

•  Carriers Delivery time: FedEx Ground: 1-5 BD. Express: 1 BD. Local Delivery/Messenger:1 BD in NYC

•  Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

•  Processing Time: Shipping times exclude order processing time.

•  Undeliverable Packages: Returned to sender; credit issued for products only.

•  Delivery Date Requests: Must be specified in the order or contacted immediately after placing the order.

•  Right to Refuse: Shipping can be refused on any item or order.

Shipping to Canada:

•  Duties and Taxes: Included in the freight quote.

•  Damaged Items: Credit issued for damaged items; no replacements sent.

•  Return Shipping: No return shipping labels provided; use a local carrier for returns.

•  Non-Refundable Duties: Duties paid are not refundable.

Returns:

• Call us at 201.869.1333 or email us at orders@jamaligarden.com  within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

. Obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning items; non-authorized returns will be refused.

•  Return Deadline: Returns must be received within 10 days of RAN issuance.

•  Final Sale Items: Sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned.

•  Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

•  Condition for Credit: Items must be unused, undamaged, and sellable; otherwise, no credit will be issued.

•  Return Authorization Copy: Must be included with the return to avoid delays.

•  Tracking Numbers: Save tracking numbers; not responsible for lost packages.
